For Ty and Venessa Crandell, one of the greatest opportunities they’ve been given in their lives is the chance to be coached and mentored by people who “have fruit on the tree.” Those people don’t just talk the talk; they walk the walk—and they’re willing and able to bring others along with them on their tremendous journeys. Luckily for Ty and Venessa, they were invited to join in on the journey, and they’ve been walking the walk ever since.
It’s thanks to those gracious invitations that Ty and Venessa have been able to establish their own personal success and have been financially free for many years now. With that freedom, they’ve had the chance to travel the world, bless their families with support and time, and be full-time parents to their little girl.
Why then, if Ty and Venessa are so successful, would they want to help others out for free? It all comes down to the pure desire to help people that they care about, and they deeply care about everyone they coach and mentor. They’re not doing it for any benefit to themselves; they’re doing it to be there for those they love.
Of the people they mentor, Ty and Venessa have said, “The ones that we coach are truly our best friends in the world.” Therefore, it’s never a chore or an obligation to be there for them night and day—it’s a joy. Ty and Venessa really love being able to help their family and their friends, and those that, in the end, become more like family than friends.
They hope to be able to continue mentoring others for many years to come, and they feel incredibly blessed that they’ve already touched so many lives. When it comes to their mentorship philosophy, Ty and Venessa believe, “You can give a man a fish, and you’ll feed him for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, you can feed him for a lifetime.” It’s their goal to feed as many people as they can for as long as they live with this adage in mind.
